Keep Now Assist agents inside your limits across tickets and workflows.
Agents in ServiceNow open tickets, update records and trigger workflows. AvertGate sits in front of those actions: autonomous work moves fast, critical changes wait for approval.

See every step of an autonomous workflow on one screen.
The tickets Now Assist opens, the records it updates and the workflows it triggers are gathered in one record stream.
- Every tool call recorded with its arguments
- The whole flow is traced from ticket open to close

Let autonomous workflows pass through a gate you hold the key to.
Reading records and commenting on tickets stay free. Change approvals, granting access and bulk record deletion follow your thresholds.
- Rules per tool and per argument
- Above-threshold actions go to a manager
- A tool that is not listed does not run
The text inside a ticket is under control too.
A ticket or email from outside can try to steer the agent. AvertGate scans the content before the agent reads it.
- Hidden instructions are flagged in the content
- Suspicious sessions are tracked and repeats prevented
- Every finding goes on record

Frequently asked
Does it change my ServiceNow roles and permissions?
No. Your role and access setup stays as it is. AvertGate adds a layer that applies rules to the tool calls the agent makes.
Is our data sent to AvertGate?
No. The gateway runs on your network. Tool arguments, results and file contents never leave it; only redacted event data reaches the dashboard.
Do we have to change agent code?
No. The agent connects to AvertGate instead of the tool server; only the connection address changes. If the tool call path runs over MCP or HTTP, the same policy applies.
Take your agents to production with confidence.
Every rollout starts with a demo and a POC on your own agents.
